1. Our fees are calculated at a percentage of a succesful candidate's projected annual cash package, a third of which is paid in advance for the exclusive retension of our service. On the successful appointment of a candidate, the remaining two thirds of the fee becomes payable on presentation of the fee note.
2. Acceptance of a candidate, by an employer constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
3. Please note that it is our policy not to approach candidates that we have placed with a client company.
Basic Conditions.
* The engagement of a candidate by Lorna Philip-Enslin and Associates within a period of 12 months from the date of first introduction or subsequent re-introduction shall be deemed to be an acceptance of our terms and conditions of business and the appropriate fees will be charged.
* The placement fee(s) fall due when our candidate commences employment in any capacity within your organisation. The definition of organisation/employer shall include any branches, subsidiary companies, associated companies or any person or company to whom the candidate was introduced as a direct or indirect result of action by Lorna Philip-Enslin and Associates and you will be liable for the full fees just as though you yourself had engaged the candidate.
* In the event of Lorna Philip-Enslin and Associates instructing attorneys to collect overdue amounts or to take any action as a result of default, legal fees including collection charges between attorney and client shall be borne by the customer.
* All documentation, resumes, personal records and references forwarded to you in the course of recruitment and selection shall be treated in the strictest confidence, we will not be liable for any claim whatsoever arising out of handling, misuse or loss of such documentation.
* Final selection of your future employee is your decision and responibility. We do not accept responsibilty or hold ourselves liable for any claims whatsoever arising out of the introduction of our candidates.
* All advertising costs will be borne by the client. Travel costs incurred by Lorna philip-Enslin and Associates or our candidates for travel beyond the Gauteng area will be for the clients account.
* Arrangements can be made for psychometric assessments. These services are administered by professional practitioners and all fees incurred are directly for the clients account.
* Any changes to our fee structure and our standard terms and conditions of business will be confirmed in writing. No verbal agreements will be accepted.
* Lorna Philip-Enslin and Associates reserves the right to amend or change the fee structure and standard terms and conditions of business.
